One of the finest desserts I’ve ever prepared is baked banana cheesecake. The nutritional value of bananas and cheese, along with the testicles, is a specialty of this combination of ties.
Ingredients:
For making banana Bread layer:
- Ripe banana 4
- Eggs 1
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence 1
- Flour 1.5 cups
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
- Water quantity
For the layer of cheesecake:
- Cream cheese 900 gm
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
- Liquid milk 1 cup
- Gelatin powder 1 tbsp
How to make the baked banana cheesecake:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. or 180 degrees Celcius.
- To use a fork, grate the bananas in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix oil, egg, sugar, and vanilla essence well in it. Then mix well with flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon powder, and water with a spoon.
- Spray oil in an ovenproof pan and pour the mixture nicely and bake for 30-40 minutes.
- Now in another big bowl whisk well sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla essence.
- Heat the milk in a pan with gelatin powder and heat the gelatin till the throat.
- Re-whisk the gelatin milk mixture with the cream cheese mixture. A smooth texture will come.
- Pour this mixture over the banana bread.
- Let 5 hours or overnight to chill in the refrigerator.
- When it’s cool enough to serve, remove it from the freezer and top with caramel.
