Chilli chicken, the archetypal Chinese cuisine, is a famous Indo-Chinese chicken snack or appetizer.
This delectable chicken meal is quite popular in Chinese restaurants, but you can prepare it at home precisely to your tastes with this simple recipe. Today I will share with you How to make Chilli chicken recipe Indian style.
Ingredients
- Chicken 500 gm
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Green chili sliced 2 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Corn flour 1/2 cup
- Beaten egg 1
- Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Chopped onion 2 cup
- Sliced capsicum 1/2 cup
- Sunflower oil 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste

How to make Chilli chicken recipe Indian style
Step -1 marination chicken
Wash the chicken in lukewarm water, then rinse it well in cold water.
Then add chicken, eggs, ginger-garlic paste, and cornflour in a large mixing bowl.
Thoroughly combine all components.
Additionally, you may add a few drops of water to the mixture to uniformly coat the chicken pieces.
Put in the fridge the chicken for 1-2 hours after it has been cooked.
Step- 2
Prepare the chili chicken masala.
Remove the marinade after 1-2 hours.
I am following that, heat oil in a large pan over a high flame.
Place the chicken pieces carefully in the oil and cook until done.
Excess oil should be drained absorbed using dry paper.
Now, in another pan over medium flame, heat 1 or 2 tbsp oil.
Add the onions to the hot oil and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes, until they start turning brown.
Then add the capsicum and green chilies and combine well once more.
Additionally, you may add some dry roasted green chilies to enhance the flavor.
Additionally, if you want a more spicy meal, you may add some vinegar-soaked green chilies to this recipe to enhance the taste and flavor.

Step- 3 Marinate the chicken in soy sauce and vinegar.
Add soy sauce, vinegar, chicken, and salt to the vegetables after they are partly cooked.
Add all ingredients and gently sprinkle the chicken with the sauces.
Maintain constant whisking to prevent the chicken from sticking to the pan.
step-4 Toss the Chipotle Chicken and serve immediately.
Once finished, take the item and place it in a bowl.
Serve to family and friends topped with toasted sesame seeds and spring onions

Tips:
If you’re making skinless chili chicken at home, use chicken breasts since they’re easier to cut.
Dip the chicken in the cornflour batter to create restaurant-style chili chicken.
This will impart crispiness to them while also increasing their attractiveness.
2 tbsp yogurt, one pinch salt, and 12 cups water may be combined to form the brining solution.
Refrigerate the chopped chicken for one hour and then overnight or for 6-7 hours.
Use Kashmiri red chili powder or degi mirch to give your chili chicken the right restaurant-like color.
This will provide a brilliant hue without overpowering the dish with heat.
