For the White layer:
- Coconut milk 3-4 cup
- Coconut water 3-4 cup
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 pinch
- Agar-agar powder ½ tbsp
For transparent layer:
- Coconut water 1 cup
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 pinch
- Agar-Agar powder ½ tbsp

How to make a white layer
- For the white layer, first mix all the coconut milk, coconut water, sugar, salt, and agar powder in a bowl.
- Then heat the mixture in the oven over medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Now add sugar and agar well to the water.
- Once the mixture thickness, take it out of the oven and cover the pot so that the coconut milk mixture does not cool down in any way.
How to make the transparent layer
- In a separate bowl for a transparent layer, mix coconut water, sugar, salt, and agar-agar powder.
- Then heat the mixture in the oven over medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Now add sugar and agar well to the water.
- Once the mixture thickness, take it out of the oven and cover the pot so that the coconut milk mixture does not cool down in any way.
- Now start layering the pudding.
- In any rectangular box, first, pour 1 part of the white mixture of coconut milk.
- Now carefully place this box in the fridge for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, take the box out of the fridge and add half of the coconut water mixture on the top.
- Refrigerate the box again for 6 minutes.
- Then carefully pour another portion of coconut milk mixture back into the box, leave it in the fridge again for 5 minutes.
- In this way, once the white layer, then the transparent layer, make the layers in a continuous manner.
- Once the pudding is set nicely, cut it around with a knife.

Tips:
*You may adjust the sugar and according to the sweetness of the coconut water.
*Always make sure that the mixture is hot while pouring in the box. This is because when it cools down, the mixtures will freeze before they can be poured into the box.
**After pouring each layer, cover the pot to prevent heat from escaping. Even then, if the two liquids start to cool down and freeze towards the end, you have to heat it a little in the oven.
