- Egg 1
- Liquid Milk ½ cup
- Sugar tbsp
- Vanilla essence ½ tsp
- Flour ½ cup
- Baking powder 1 tsp
How to Make Pancakes Recipe
- First, mix flour and baking powder in a dry bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the egg and sugar very well.
- When the sugar is melted, pour Milk and oil into it. Remix everything.
- Now add the vanilla essence.
- Then, pour the flour and baking powder into this mixture and mix it all to make a smooth batter.
- Cover the pancake batter for half an hour.
- Let the nonstick pan heat in the oven.
- When the pan is hot, reduce the heat from medium to low and brush a little oil on the pan.
- Now with a spoonful of batter, pour into the pan.
- When the bubbles rise on the top of the pancake, Cook, gently flipping with a thin spoon, until the underside is browned, 1 to 2 minutes longer.
- Make all the pancakes one by one.
- Brush the pan with light oil after each pancake.
Serve hot pancakes with butter/maple syrup/honey.
