Ingredients of beef sizzling:
For Beef:
- Boneless beef 1 ½ cups
- Eggs 1
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Green capsicum 1tbsp
- red capsicum 1 tbsp
- Carrots 2 tbsp
- Crushed garlic 2 tsp
- Onion crumbs 2 tbsp
- Chili flakes ½ tsp
- Raw chili to taste
- Onion leaves little
- Sesame ½ tsp
- Oil for frying
Ingredients for meat marinate:
- Black pepper powder quarter tsp
- Chili powder quarter tsp
- Salt quarter tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 1 tsp
- Ginger paste 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tsp
Ingredients for making the sauce:
- Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
- Chili sauce 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder quarter tsp
- Oyster sauce 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
Instructions:
Step-1
- Cut the meat into long lengths and wash it well.
- Drain the water completely.
- Take the meat in a bowl.
- Marinate spread well with the ingredients.
- Apply by hand mix all the ingredients and leave in the normal fridge for 1 hour.
- Beat the eggs. Sprinkle the meat with half of the beaten egg and cornflour.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Stir fry the meat in hot oil.
- When it turns brown, remove the meat from the oil.
Step-2
- All the ingredients together to make the sauce.
- If you don’t have a sizzling dish, you can make beef sizzling using a frying pan.
- Put the pan in the oven.
- While it is still hot, put the pan in another oven and lightly fry the garlic in oil.
- Stir in onion crumbs, sesame seeds, green chili, long chopped carrot, and sliced capsicum.
- When it is fried, add the prepared sauce.
- Stir in the chili flakes.
- In the pan, place the fried meat.
- Do not keep in the oven for a long period of time.
- Stir in the peel an onion and take down it.
- In a sizzling pan, sprinkle butter with Chopped onion.
- Spread the meat on top.
- The smoky flavor is one of the beef sizzling features.
- Serve it with Chinese rice or nan or parotta.
